In Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, among other hadith collections, there is a saying of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as follows:

"Satan moves about in the body of man, and so does his heart, and he keeps apace with the blood in the veins. Therefore, I was afraid that he might cast something (in their hearts) as they were reciting the Qur'an."

This hadith indicates that Satan is active within the human body and records every sin committed by a person against Allah. If the person repents and seeks forgiveness from Allah, Satan may argue, "What will be my share if you seek forgiveness?" In response, Allah may forgive the person's sins if they fear His punishment.

This hadith emphasizes Satan's ability to influence human thoughts or conscience when they commit sins, guiding them toward wrongdoing. Thus, the idea of jinn speaking or having an effect on humans is acknowledged in Islam. However, ** is emphasized that these influences may vary depending on the individual's willpower and faith.
